Cancellation Policy

Exclusive Cancellation Policy Applies For Prom Season:


Begining the 14th of April until June 09th yearly, all reservations made within this period are FULLY NON REFUNDABLE.


General Cancellation Policy:


After the original date of request and up to 24 hours you are entitled to a cancellation free of charge.

After 24 hours from the date of request you are obligated to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Less then 72 hours from the time of event/reservation, full amount of payment is due.


Note: A different cancellation policy applies to "Special Rate" bookings. All deposits are non refundable. Cancellation at ANY TIME before the date of service will be charged full amount on your credit card. Full payment is due upon arrival of limousine at pick-up location. In the event of unexpected situations, it is not full and final that your requested vehicle will be granted at the time of service.  However, we will accommodate your reservation with a vehicle similar to the one requested. Any change in price will be credited accordingly.
